• Hiking & Forest Walks – like the Somerset Trail in D’Aguilar National Park for half-day bushwalking and scenic views.  

• Parks & nature spots – visit Yowie Park, O’Sheas Crossing Park or Hollow Log Nature Refuge for picnics, swimming or relaxation.

Check local community calendars for markets, festivals, and seasonal events around Kilcoy, Toogoolawah, Esk and other towns in the Somerset area.  Kilcoy Markets currently take place every second Saturday.
